Orders and Payments

Prices are quoted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless otherwise specified.

Full payment or an agreed-upon advance is required before production or dispatch.
Shipping and Delivery
We provide shipping within Pakistan and selected Asian countries.
Delivery times vary based on product type and location. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of order.

Warranty and Liability

Custom Orders and Modifications
Custom-built products (such as foam generators, industrial dryers, and signage) require detailed specifications from the customer.
Once a custom order is in production, modifications may not be possible or may incur additional costs.
Returns or cancellations for custom products are not accepted unless due to a manufacturing defect.
Returns and Refunds
Standard products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they remain unused and in original packaging.
Refunds or replacements will be processed after product inspection.
Custom orders and perishable goods (e.g., certain construction chemicals) are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
All designs, product formulations, and proprietary technology developed by Gazillion Group remain our intellectual property.
Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of our materials is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Gazillion Group will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products/services.
Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service.
